There are various ways to file complaints because student unhappiness is increasing quickly. The computerization of filing and retrieving complaints is the main topic of this study. The author developed extensive web-based software for managing student complaints that is both user-friendly and very effective in achieving the research objectives. There is also a brief user manual available. The final product of this research is a user-friendly and highly effective web-based tool for managing student complaints that also meets the project’s goals.
