This paper assesses the extent of economic and financial integration among the East African Community (EAC) along a number of dimensions and, where possible, whether integration has increased in the wake of the major regional integration policy milestones.

God created us for good works that were planned in ages past. He knew the future and our place in it. While participation is a duty clearly stated in scripture, many Christians are unaware of God’s desire for their mobilization. Others may not be carefully listening for his voice or, regrettably, dismissing him as if their participation is optional. No Christian is exempt from his command to be transformed into spiritual awareness, to grow in biblical knowledge, and in parallel, to participate in the building of his kingdom. The disengaged miss the joy-filled opportunities that enable personal growth through work that fulfills their responsibilities within the church body. The earth is blooming with 7.5 billion souls. More than ever before the entire body must mobilize to effectively represent the stature of Christ. We are his hands, his feet, his fragrance, and his voice in our world. This twelve-week study lays out God’s plan to advance the gospel and discipleship through the work of his redeemed family, endowed by the Holy Spirit with gifts and power to change our world. The study addresses issues that weaken Christian resolve, compete for our attention and time, and even cripple his people. These issues require a serious call to duty.
I am a Work in Progress is written to encourage readers that no matter the trials on your way stand tall and fight back. Flight is not a good option. Timing is very important and you can only discern the right time with God's help. The text of Finnegans Wake is not as monolithic as it might seem. It grew out of a set of short vignettes, sections and fragments. Several of these sections, which James Joyce confidently claimed would "fuse of themselves", are still recognizable in the text of Finnegans Wake. And while they are undeniably integrated very skillfully, they also function separately. In this publication history, Dirk Van Hulle examines the interaction between the private composition process and the public life of Joyce's 'Work in Progress', from the creation of the separate sections through their publication in periodicals and as separately published sections. Van Hulle highlights the beautifully crafted editions published by fine arts presses and Joyce's encouragement of his daughter's creative talents, even as his own creative process was slowing down in the 1930s. All of these pre-book publications were "alive" in both bibliographic and textual terms, as Joyce continually changed the texts in order to prepare the book publication of Finnegans Wake. Van Hulle's book offers a fresh perspective on these texts, showing that they are not just preparatory versions of Finnegans Wake but a 'Work in Progress' in their own right.

Richard Wittsiepe analyses the relevant IFRS statements with a view to possibly integrating them into existing workflows in an annual audit. He weighs the key issues of conversion by comparing them with the 4th EU Directive for accounting within the EU. The aim is to visualise the workflows as the basis for creating support software which can make a key contribution to cost-effective conversion.
